Testing method: This is home sample collection kit (finger prick test). Clinic blood draw or home visit can be arranged at additional cost. Please send an email with your enquire. 
 
Turnaround time is: 2-3 working days from receipt of sample at laboratory.

Easy Testing Ltd is not liable for shipping and if testing kit lost in transit, we cannot accept any claims or liability. You can return your home testing kit back to clinic and we will deliver it back safely to the laboratory ourself. 
 
Order placed before 2pm will be despatched the same day for next day delivery. Please note, we are using Royal Mail Special delivery by 1 PM service. 
However, we cannot guarantee that your parcel will be delivered next day by 1pm as we are not liable for delivery process and is outside of our control. Tracking number will be provided as soon as your order is dispatched. 
 
Returns & Refund Policy
 
As soon as order has been placed and testing kit is dispatched, we cannot process refund for kit you have ordered. 
If testing kit is not dispatched yet (you have not received despatch confirmation email) we may be able to get your order cancelled. 
We cannot accept any home testing kit returns at any time due to product specification.
Please only order your kit if you are ready to take your test as no returns/ refunds accepted at any circumstances.
